Heritage Christian Preschool is a truly unique  program that stands out for its faith-based approach to teaching preschool children. We have been a part of the community of Harrisonville for over 20 years.

OUR MISSION: To provide a safe, nurturing, and quality faith-based education that provides for the spiritual,
academic, social, and emotional growth of preschool children. 

 At Heritage, we provide an environment where each child can

explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.

Our program integrates faith-based values with developmentally appropriate practices,
fostering a love of learning and a foundation for lifelong success. By partnering with
families, we aim to support each child’s journey toward becoming compassionate,
confident, and capable individuals..

OUR PROGRAM: Heritage Christian Preschool offers a full-day program designed to support preschool-
aged children’s development. Our structured formal learning sessions take place from 9
a.m. to noon, ensuring that the morning is filled with a variety of educational activities
that foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth. The afternoons are dedicated to
diverse extracurricular activities, allowing children to explore their interests and develop
new skills in a supportive and nurturing environment. Our Summer Program builds upon

the schoolyear curriculum and provides a variety of activities in a “Summer Camp” atmosphere.

OUR HOURS: YEAR ROUND- Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
We adhere to some of Harrisonville School District’s holiday schedule and some inclement weather days.

OUR CLASSES

Toddlers aged 2
Preschool ages 3 and 4
Pre-kindergarten age, turning five before 7/31/25

Special Activities:

Chapel, Music and Movement Class, Art expressions.

BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS

                         Heritage is a bus stop for Harrisonville Schools. We provide childcare before and after school, non school days, and Summer camp program.
